Seasonal Packages

All Seasons Platinum Package:
Comprehensive year-round maintenance for Winter, Spring, and Summer. Includes priority repairs, and thorough seasonal care for exterior and interior components of the home.

-Winter: Gutter cleaning (up to 3 times), roof inspection and minor repairs, moss removal (up to 2 times), caulking around windows/doors, weather stripping, exterior paint touch-ups, siding inspection/repair, deck/patio maintenance, foundation check/sealing, inspection of exterior pipes and faucets to prevent freezing.

-Spring: Pressure washing (siding, driveways, sidewalks), deck and patio cleaning/sealing, exterior window cleaning, gutter cleaning (1-2 times), exterior paint touch-ups, resealing cracks in sidewalks/driveways.

-Summer: Resealing asphalt/concrete driveways, exterior pressure washing, deck and patio maintenance, siding/window inspections, gutter cleaning as needed.
